On October 10, 2013, the Registrant announced the appointment of James F. Burke as Senior Vice President and Chief Lending Officer of the Registrant’s principal subsidiary, Wayne Bank. On October 10, 2013, the Registrant also announced that John F. Carmody had been appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer.
