On October 10, 2013, Digital Cinema Destinations Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting the closing of its previously announced registered direct offering with certain institutional investors of 1,141,000 shares (the “Shares”) of the Company’s Class A common stock, for a purchase price of $5.00 per share, resulting in gross proceeds of approximately $5.7 million. The press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8K as exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
