On October 2, 2013, the Board of Directors of SS&C Technologies Holdings, Inc. (“SS&C”) elected Michael E. Daniels as a director. Mr. Daniels was designated as a Class III Director and was elected to serve until the 2016 Annual Meeting of Stockholders and until his successor has been duly elected and qualified.
Neither the compensation that Mr. Daniels will receive for serving on SS&C’s Board of Directors, nor any committee(s) of the Board on which he will serve, has been determined at the time of this filing.
A copy of the press release announcing Mr. Daniel’s election is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
