On October 8, 2013, Morningstar, Inc. announced that Don Phillips will be stepping down as head of the company’s research group effective January 1, 2014. Don will be a managing director and remain a member of the company’s Board of Directors. A copy of the company’s press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
