Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
(c) On October 1, 2013, WABCO Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) appointed Jason Campbell, the Company’s Controller, to serve as interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective October 11, 2013. As previously reported, on July 25, 2013, Ulrich Michel resigned from his position as Chief Financial Officer, effective October 11, 2013.
Mr. Campbell, age 36, joined the Company in 2008. He served as the Company’s Director of Investor Relations from 2011 to March 2013 prior to his appointment as Controller. In 2012 he also assumed the role of Finance Leader Americas. Prior to that, he served as Manager of Financial Reporting and Investor Relations. Mr. Campbell is a Certified Public Accountant and has as such accumulated a wealth of professional experience prior to joining the Company.
