Item 8.01 Other Events.
On September 30, 2013, Immune Pharmaceuticals Inc., formerly known as EpiCept Corporation ("Immune"), announced that NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB has advised, and Immune has agreed, to seek the transition of its Swedish listing to NASDAQ OMX First North Premier, which maintains access to Nordic country capital and liquidity for existing shareholders, while requiring less market specific regulation. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
