On October 3, 2013, CEVA, Inc. (the “Company”) announced certain preliminary financial results relating to revenues and operating expenses for the quarter ended September 30, 2013. A copy of the press release, dated October 3, 2013, is attached and filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
