XRS Corporation's (the “Company”) Chief Technology Officer Odell Tuttle's ("Mr. Tuttle") employment with the Company has ended effective October 1, 2013. Mr. Tuttle is eligible to receive the severance benefits as provided in his offer letter previously filed as Exhibit 10.20 to the Company’s Form 10-K filed on December 17, 2012. Effective October 1, 2013, Brendan Reidy, the Company's current President and Chief Operating Officer, also assumed the role of Chief Technology Officer.
