Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
The board of directors of RREEF Property Trust, Inc. authorized and declared daily cash distributions of $0.00166682 per share for the period commencing on October 1, 2013 and ending on December 31, 2013 for each outstanding share of Class A and Class B common stock (as adjusted for any class-specific expenses). The distributions will be distributed and paid monthly in arrears.
