ITEM 8.01. OTHER EVENTS
On October 2, 2013, the Company announced that its subsidiary, Level 5 Beverage Company, Inc. (“Level 5”) is starting to adjust the formulation of our RISE™ and COFFEE BOOST™ products while maintaining the functionality and coffee taste. In addition, due to strong demand, we have started to formulate COFFEE BOOST™ in Vanilla, Hazelnut and Mocha flavors while maintaining the functional attributes of our LEVEL 5™ brand.
On October 2, 2013, we issued the attached press release about the secondary formulation of the LEVEL 5™ product line. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report on Form 8-K.
