On September 30, 2013, Wells Fargo & Company (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) regarding the resolution of certain repurchase liabilities related to loans sold to the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (Freddie Mac) prior to January 1, 2009. A copy of the Press Release is included as Exhibit 99 to this report and is incorporated by reference into this Item 8.01.
