Item 8.01. Other Events.
On September 30, 2013, the Company issued a press release announcing that its Board of Trustees declared an initial dividend for the partial quarterly period from July 19, 2013 through September 30, 2013. The prorated dividend is $0.18 per share, which is equivalent to a full quarterly dividend of $0.225 per share. The dividend will be paid on November 1, 2013 to common shareholders of record as of October 18, 2013.
