On October 1, 2013, Fibrocell Science, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the completion of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 11,000,000 shares of Company common stock at a public offering price of $4.10 per share. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
