Item 8.01. Other Events.
SofTech, Inc. will hold a Special Meeting of its shareholders on October 9, 2013 commencing at 10:00AM at its offices located at 59 Lowes Way, Lowell, MA 01851 to vote upon the previously announced proposal to sell its CADRA product line to Mentor Graphics Corporation. A copy of the press release announcing the Special Meeting date is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated into this report by this reference.
