Item 8.01 Other Events.
On September 30, 2013, Palo Alto Networks, Inc. (the “Company”) filed a lawsuit against Juniper Networks, Inc. (“Juniper”) in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. The lawsuit alleges that Juniper’s products infringe three of the Company’s U.S. patents, and seeks monetary damages and a permanent injunction.
