Item 8.01  Other Events.

On September 30, 2013, the registrant announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of ten cents per share on the Company's Common Stock totaling approximately $376,167.00. The dividend is payable to shareholders of record as of October 31, 2013, payable on November 15, 2013.
