Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On September 30, 2013, DJO Finance LLC (the “Company”) announced that Vickie L. Capps, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, will be leaving the Company at the end of the year to pursue other business opportunities.
The Company indicated that it will commence a search for a successor chief financial officer.
