We anticipate that, subject to the remaining customary closing conditions, including the approval of Sourcefire’s stockholders, Cisco’s acquisition of Sourcefire will close the week of October 7, 2013.

Based upon this timing, you are cordially invited to attend a close celebration on Thursday, October 10, from 12:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. (EST). The celebration will be held at the Sourcefire Worldwide Headquarters.
