On September 27, 2013, Actavis, Inc. (“Actavis”) and Warner Chilcott plc (“Warner Chilcott”) issued a joint press release announcing that the Federal Trade Commission voted to approve Actavis’ proposed acquisition of Warner Chilcott.

A copy of the joint press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
