On September 26, 2013, the Company announced that its subsidiary, Level 5 Beverage Company, Inc., new line of LEVEL 5TM products, RISETM and COFFEE BOOSTTM, are available in over eighty (80) retail locations in Southern California.
|
On September 26, 2013, we issued the attached press release about the products being available in over eighty (80) stores. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report on Form 8-K.
