Appointments

 

On July 11, 2013, Mr. Judson F. Hoover (“Mr. Hoover”) was appointed to serve as a Director of the Company. On September 17, 2013, Mr. Hoover had accepted such appointment. The biography for Mr. Hoover is set forth below.

 

Mr. Judson F. Hoover (age 54) – Judson Rick F. Hoover received his Bachelor of Science degree from Regis University in 1986. Shortly after graduation, he received his Certificate of Public Accounting in the State of Colorado. He has extensive experience in financial matters, mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, public company compliance, oil and gas operations, and real estate. From December 2004 to March 2007, Mr. Hoover served as CFO for Ness Energy International, a publicly traded oil and gas company with operations in Texas and Israel. From June 2007 to June 2009, he served as Controller for Union Drilling, Inc., a publicly traded oil services company. From 1997 to 2004 and from 2007 through 2010, Mr. Hoover provided consulting services relating to various aspects of international and national publicly held energy companies. From March 31, 2011 to September 28, 2012, Mr. Hoover had served as the Chief Financial Officer of Sun River Energy, Inc. With over 20 years of national and international experience in executive management, of which 10 years were in oil and gas and 22 years were served on behalf of publicly traded companies. 

 

Family Relationships

 

Mr. Hoover is not related to any officer or Director of the Company.
