Item 7.01     Regulation FD Disclosure.

          On September 19, 2013, Keating Capital, Inc. (the “Company”) completed a $3 million convertible preferred stock investment in Deem, Inc. (f/k/a Rearden Commerce, Inc.). Deem operates an e-commerce network that connects a large and diverse ecosystem of consumers, businesses, channel partners and merchants.
