Effective September 20, 2013, Danny Y. Lu was appointed to the Board of Directors. Mr. Lu is the Managing Director and Marketing Manager of Powin Corporation. Mr. Lu was the co-founder of Two Hype Feet where he was in charge of promotion and social media. He also has served as warehouse manager at Skywalker Trampolines. Mr. Lu earned a degree in International Business Studies from the University of Oregon.
Mr. Lu is the son of Joseph Lu, the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of the Company.
