Regulation FD Disclosure.
On September 17, 2013, Cover-All Technologies Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the organizational alignment of the Company into five primary business units: (i) Product Management & Technology, which will be led by Shailesh Mehrotra, Senior Vice President, Product Management & Technology; (ii) Client Services, which will be led by Alyssa Hostelley, Senior Vice President, Client Services; (iii) Product Support, which will be led by Maryanne Gallagher as Senior Vice President, Product Support; (iv) Sales & Marketing, which will continue to report to Manish Shah, President and Chief Executive Officer; and (v) Finance & Admin, which will be led by Ann Massey, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
A copy of the press release has been furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference into this Item 7.01.
