Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders
On September 16, 2013, Lightstone Value Plus Real Estate Investment Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) held its annual meeting of stockholders. The matter submitted to the stockholders for a vote was the election of five directors to serve until the 2014 annual meeting of stockholders and until their successors are duly elected and qualify.
