Item 5.02   Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.  

On September 12, 2013, GelTech Solutions, Inc. (“GelTech”) appointed Mr. Peter Cordani as its President.  Mr. Cordani has been GelTech’s Chief Technology Officer since inception and a director since July 3, 2007.  Additionally, Mr. Cordani is the inventor of all of GelTech’s products.  As previously reported, in February 2013, Mr. Cordani purchased 246,379 shares of common stock from GelTech for $143,050.  Mr. Cordani is the brother of Mr. Michael Cordani, GelTech’s Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board.  Mr. Cordani is 52 years old
