Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
EXCO Resources, Inc. (“EXCO”) is furnishing the text of presentation materials as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K pursuant to Regulation FD under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Exchange Act”). These materials will be used by EXCO’s management at the 2013 Barclays CEO Energy Conference to be held on September 11th -13th in New York.
