Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On September 10, 2013, we held a conference call (the “First Quarter Earnings Call”) to review our results from the first quarter of Fiscal Year 2014. During the First Quarter Earnings Call, there was significant discussion of current and future operational matters including the RU-5B sidetrack, the RU-D1 cleanout, and the drilling of RU-9, Sword #1, WMRU-8 and Olsen Creek #1 in Alaska, and two new horizontal wells, Brimstone H-1 and Cromwell H-1, in Tennessee.
