Campus Crest Communities, Inc. (the “Company”) will be participating at the Bank of America Merrill Lynch 2013 Global Real Estate Conference on September 11, 2013 in New York, New York. During this conference the Company will make available to participants a presentation entitled “Purpose Built Student Housing Midyear 2013 Update.” A copy of this presentation is being furnished to the Securities and Exchange Commission pursuant to Item 7.01- Regulation FD Disclosure of Form 8-K and is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
