Item 8.01 Other Information
On September 11, 2013, AxoGen, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the underwriters of its recent public offering of common stock have exercised their option to purchase an additional 184,332 shares of common stock. In connection with the offering, the Company has now received aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $18.6 million, excluding deductions for underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated expenses. JMP Securities LLC acted as the sole book-running manager in the offering and Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. Inc., acted as co-manager.
