On September 10, 2013, Stein Mart, Inc.’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per common share that is payable on October 18, 2013, to shareholders of record as of October 4, 2013. On September 10, 2013, a press release was issued announcing the dividend. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
