(the “Company”) on September 10, 2013 at the Liolios Group 2nd Annual Gateway Conference, related to the Company’s business and its pending acquisition of Mercury Energy, Inc. (“Mercury”). The presentation is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
