On September 10, 2013, we issued a press release to announce that we have entered into a Collaboration, Option and License Agreement dated as of September 9, 2013 (the “Agreement”) with F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd and Hoffmann-La Roche Inc. (collectively, “Roche”). A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K current report and is incorporated by reference into this Item 7.01. We will file a separate Form 8-K with respect to the Agreement to report the entry into a material definitive agreement under Item 1.01 of Form 8-K.
On September 10, 2013, we are holding a conference call at 8 a.m. eastern time to discuss the Agreement and our strategic partnership with Roche. The script for this conference call is attached as Exhibit 99.2 to this Form 8-K current report and is incorporated by reference into this Item 7.01.
