On September 4, 2013, Charles D. Baker gave notice of his resignation from the Board of Directors of athenahealth, Inc. Mr. Baker resigned for reasons associated with his run for Governor of Massachusetts, and not as a result of any disagreement with us on any matter relating to our operations, policies, or practices. His resignation is effective as of December 31, 2013, to allow time for a replacement to be located.
