Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure
First Potomac Realty Trust (the “Company”) announces that Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Andrew Blocher, and Investor Relations Manager, Jamie Marcus, will be meeting with various investors in Boston, MA and New York, NY on Monday and Tuesday, September 9 and 10, 2013. In addition, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Douglas Donatelli, Mr. Blocher and Ms. Marcus will be meeting with various investors at the BMO Capital Markets 2013 North American Real Estate Conference in Chicago, IL on Monday and Tuesday, September 16 and 17, 2013. The Company will be using presentation materials at these meetings that are substantially in the form of those entitled “Investor Presentation, September 2013,” which are currently available on the Company’s website at the link: http://www.first-potomac.com under “Investor Relations – Presentations.” The information contained on the Company’s website is not incorporated by reference herein.
