Item 8.01. Other Events.
On September 5, 2013, Internet Patents Corporation (“Company”) issued a press release commenting on developments in the Company’s patent infringement lawsuit against eBags, Inc. and Tellapart, Inc. A copy of the press release is attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
