On September 5, 2013, Protalex, Inc. (“Protalex”) announced that it will be a participant in the Rodman & Renshaw 15th Annual Healthcare Conference, to be held September 9-10, 2013 at the Millennium Broadway Hotel in New York City, at which Edward Bernton, M.D., Protalex’s Chief Scientific Officer, will present a corporate overview. A copy of the press release and presentation is attached as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, hereto.
