Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On September 4, 2013, Five Oaks Investment Corp. (NYSE: OAKS) (“Five Oaks” or “the Company”) issued a press release announcing that members of the Company’s executive team would be presenting at the Barclays Global Financial Services Conference on Wednesday, September 11th, 2013 at the New York Hilton Midtown Hotel in New York, NY. The Five Oaks presentation is scheduled to begin at 8.15 a.m. EDT. The presentation will be webcast and made available on the Company’s website at www.fiveoaksinvestment.com under the tab Investor Relations: Webcasts & Presentations.
A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
