On August 29, 2013, Jeff Yesner, the Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of Direct Insite Corp. (the “Company”), informed the Company that he will be resigning from his position with the Company because he has accepted a position with another company. There were no disagreements between Mr. Yesner and the Company. Mr. Yesner will remain with the Company through October 2013 to assist the Company with identifying a successor and to transition his responsibilities within the Company.
