Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
Lorillard, Inc. (“Lorillard” or the “Company”) will be participating in the Barclays Back-to-School Consumer Conference in Boston, Mass. Lorillard will make a presentation on September 3, 2013 from 1:30 p.m. to 2:10 p.m. Eastern. A copy of the slide presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K (“Form 8-K”).
