Resignation of Named Executive Officer
On August 26, 2013, Alan Haughie, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Federal-Mogul Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), resigned his positions with Company in order to pursue another opportunity. Jerome Rouquet, current Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer, was appointed interim Chief Financial Officer.
