On August 22, 2013, Hilary Pennington tendered her resignation from our Board of Directors, effective immediately. Ms. Pennington, who joined our Board in 2012, is leaving to devote time to a new professional commitment, and her departure does not involve any disagreement on any matter relating to our operations, policies or practices.
