On August 27, 2013, Hartman Short Term Income Properties XX, Inc. (the “Company”) filed a Current Report on Form 8-K to report under Item 1.01. The Current Report should have referenced Item 5.02. This amendment is being filed for the sole purpose of correctly stating the item number to which the current report applies.
Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
James H. Strokes, Jr.’s appointment as General Counsel of Hartman Short Term Income Properties XX, Inc. (the “Company”) ended effective August 23, 2013. Mr. Stokes employment with Hartman Advisors LLC and Hartman Income REIT Management, Inc., the Company’s advisor and property manager, respectively also ended effective August 23, 2013.
