On August 27, 2013, the Company announced that on August 24, 2013, Vincent Pilette, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, had resigned as an officer of the Company to pursue other opportunities. The resignation will be effective as of September 3, 2013.

On August 27, 2013, the Company issued a press release announcing the resignation of Mr. Pilette, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
