Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On August 21, 2013, Laura L. Ozenberger, Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of NRGM GP, LLC (“NRGM GP”), the general partner of Inergy Midstream, L.P. (“NRGM”), and Michael D. Lenox, Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of NRGM GP were notified that they will no longer serve in their officer positions. The effective date of these changes will be, in the case of Ms. Ozenberger, September 30, 2013 and, in the case of Mr. Lenox, the closing date of the previously announced merger transaction involving NRGM and Crestwood Midstream Partners LP.
