Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On August 23, 2013, FS Bancorp, Inc., the parent corporation of 1st Security Bank of Washington, determined that it had not furnished its earnings release for the quarter ended March 31, 2013, the first quarter of the fiscal year ended December 31, 2013. A copy of the news release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
