On August 23, 2013, Destination XL Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s operating results for the second quarter of fiscal 2013. The Company also provided revised guidance for fiscal 2013. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
