On August 22, 2013, j2 Global, Inc. (the “Company”) posted on its investor relations Website at http://investor.j2global.com/index.cfm updated May 2013 and August 2013 Investor Presentations to revise the Company’s EBITDA presentations for fiscal 2011 and 2012. The updated May 2013 Investor Presentation contains revised slides 20 and 21, and the updated August 2013 Investor Presentation contains revised slides 22 and 23. Copies of the revised slides from the August 2013 Investor Presentation, which contain the same prior-period EBITDA revisions as the May 2013 Investor Presentation, are attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
