On August 21, 2013, Pixelworks, Inc. (the “Company”) closed its previously announced offering of 2,630,000 shares of its common stock, plus an additional 394,500 shares of common stock pursuant to the exercise in full of an overallotment option granted to the underwriter, at a price of $3.50 per share, pursuant to an underwriting agreement with Roth Capital Partners, LLC, dated as of August 16, 2013.
On August 21, 2013, the Company issued a press release regarding the closing, a copy of which is filed as an exhibit to and incorporated by reference into this Current Report on Form 8-K.
