On August 19, 2013 GreenHunter Resources, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) with respect to the appointment of Ronald McClung as the Company’s new Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. On August 16, 2013 the Board of Directors of the Company approved the election of Ronald McClung as the Company’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer effective September 1, 2013.
